Let me introduce... Pluto! He is our newest boy in NJ. Pluto just spent the day with Laura and I doing home visits and he was a delight. He rides great in the car, is great on a leash, is clearly house broken (he let us know when he had to go). He was even well behaved sitting in the back seat without a crate or a doggy seat belt. The real test was when we left him in the car for quite awhile with a box of cookies and he is such a gentlemen he did not even help himself. My guess is he would be a fine dog for a working couple because he could probably be left alone throughout the work day. He is calm and sweet, clearly loves humans. Pluto was from a local shelter, and unfortunately we have no other information on him than what we learned for ourselves. We are not sure about cats or other dogs. He did fine riding with another dog today, but the other dog was in a crate , we have not had him off lead with another dog yet. We would not place him with children under 12 because we do not have any history on him. He is neutered and up to date on all shots. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an online application first. Then e-mail the contact below. Be sure to include your full name, city, state, and area code in the subject line of your message. |
