Gypsy This is Gypsy - a young female Pointer. We estimate her age to be between 8 months and a year old. She was discovered in a nearby farm field, terrified at finding herself surrounded by electric deer fencing. Every time she tried to get away, she got zapped by the fence - poor thing! No wonder she was so frightened. We don't know how long she was stuck there, but she was dehydrated and exhausted by the time we picked her up. Gypsy is underweight, but gaining fast. She's a sweet thing, and is not used to being indoors yet, although she's picking up quickly. She was filthy when she was found, and does not appear to have had a lot of training. She is learning to walk on a leash, but still likes to chase birds!! This is a beautiful dog, and I'm sure will make a fabulous companion. Please contact us if you are interested in adopting this super-sweet girl. She can't wait to begin her new life. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an online application first. Then e-mail the contact below. Be sure to include your full name, city, state, and area code in the subject line of your message. |
