05/10/03 - 

Maggie has been in her foster home for almost a week and her foster dad reports that it feels like she has lived there her whole life.  

She is fine with their cat, has met all the neighborhood dogs and greets all the kids in the development who drop by to pat her.  She never barks when anyone comes to the door instead she greets them with her boxer wiggle and kisses.  

Maggie has the true boxer nature, she never has a bad day, she is happy just to be with anyone that shows her love and attention.  The vet estimates Maggie to be between four and five years old, not the seven that the shelter had thought she was.  Or maybe her freedom has made her turn her age around.  She enjoys long walks with her foster dad and is also content lying on the lawn while he completes his yard work. At night she cuddles up on the couch and watches TV. She is truly an easy boxer girl.

05/09/03 - Vet says that Maggie is no more than five years old.

05/03/03 -

Maggie is seven years young she is great with other dogs and kids.   We are not sure about cats.  She adores car rides and gives plenty of kisses.  She walks great on a leash and loves to go on long walks.  She was turned into a shelter because her family could not take care of her any longer.
