Brief Description: Mack is coming into rescue with a severe ear infection in both ears and will require aggressive surgery to correct the problem.

PLEASE HELP MACK  :

MACK HAS ENDURED INTENSE EAR PAIN MOST OF HIS LIFE

Mack is a two year old bulldog who came into our rescue program because he needs expensive surgery on his ears.  His family was not able to afford the cost of treatment so they were opting to take Mack to their local shelter.   We could not let that happen.

Mack is a little boy who weighs in at 36 lbs….rather small for this breed.  We were told he will need a total ear canal ablation which will entail removal of both ear canals.  This aggressive surgery is required because Mack’s chronic ear infections went untreated.

Ear infections can cause intense pain and, understandably, Mack can not tolerate having his ears touched.  We were fortunate to get a timely appointment with a specialist at TUFTS to confirm the diagnosis and treatment.  More updates to follow after his visit to the doctor.

Please help with the cost of Mack's medical bills which is estimated by TUFTS to be over $3,000.  Mack may not be a boxer but he still deserves our help.
