June 9, 1989 - January 2, 2002

I Thank God for the 12 1/2 years we had together.  You were an exceptional dog that could never ever be replaced.  All the great memories I have of our time together cannot replace the heartache since you left me.  Jake I think of you everyday and how I am ever going to go on without you. I was
completely numb when we learned of your terminal illness.  You left us so fast, it never really sank in until you were gone. I could bare to see you suffer any longer, you were too noble and proud a dog for that.  As you passed on in my arms I felt a part of my heart die.  I live the rest of my life now hoping that God will allow us to be together again someday.

I love you Jake and I miss you more than you could ever know
