My name is Bones, my people named me that because when I came to them I was so skinny they could see all my bones. Well that was almost two years ago when they started to foster me for Boxer Rescue. Lynne found me several good homes of course, but my foster people just couldn’t part with me and boy am I lucky, I love them a lot and they really love me.

I’m about 5 or 6 years old now and I have seizures, well not so much anymore now that the doctor put me on some medicine, but what I really need is fresh air, space and maybe a playmate. You see, while I love being with my people, they both work all day and I get stuck in this little apartment in the city. Don’t get me wrong, it’s much better than what I had before them, but I’m a big boy and walking on the concrete streets for my only exercise is getting pretty rough, not to mention the smog that you have to suck in when you’re knee-high.

So if you get a chance, please give me a call, ask for Bones, and if my people answer don’t tell them about this letter. It would break their hearts to know I was moving.,

Regards,

Bones Thompson

PS. Check out my photo’s, they do me no justice.

Blitz is a four year old hearing white male who unfortunately spent almost a month at the city shelter waiting for his people to find him, they never showed up. He was so unhappy he lost quite a bit of weight as you can tell from his pictures, and he looks good now after spending two weeks at his foster home who refer to him as Bones.

He is neutered and up to date on shots and is heartworm neg..Blitz is a great guy and seems to be ok with other dogs, he walks well on leash as most city boys do. He does just as well with a babygate or a crate, and can be left home alone.

As we have no past history on Blitz he cannot be adopted out to a family with small children, teens would be ok.
