Chopper participated in our May 3rd Boxer Rescue Info Day, at Especially for Pets in Acton, MA.

One of our volunteers spent from 11-7 with Chopper and enjoyed his sweet nature and terrific personality. He was very well behaved at the 3 hour event. He was happy to meet every adult, child and dog that came into the store. There was a lot of activity in the store with Saturday grooming pick-ups going on.  

Many people commented on how well behaved he was. 

If you have a fenced in yard, kids that aren't toddlers, and the energy to keep up with an active two year old male Boxer, please submit an application to our website, and notify sue@boxerrescue.com  that you have submitted an application for Chopper.

04/26/03 - Chopper

Chopper is a very energetic, happy, goofy, 2 year old Boxer boy. Chopper gets along well with male and female dogs. He is currently living with an older male dog. He has not been tested with cats.

Chopper was found as a stray in MA, and placed in Foster Care. His Foster Mom has spent a lot of time working with Chopper on basic obedience commands. He cannot be crated. He needs to be placed in a home where he will not be left alone all day.
