Honeybear has been with us for a few weeks now, and I see a positive change in her. She finally seems as though she can relax, accept our affection, knowing our touch is a loving one. I don't think kindness and affection is something she has had a lot of in her life.

She gives kisses upon kisses to everyone! She plays rough, but not aggressively with my kids, and both my male & female Boxers. 

She is, the MOST vocal gal I have ever fostered... I don't mean barking, I mean her "talking" when she wants something. It's super funny. She does this when she plays, also. Almost like she's telling you she's gonna lick ya all over!!!!

She sleeps on her blanket with her dog baby, and she sits like a statue when she is awaiting for her treat, her meals, or her leash---and if you take too long...she'll tell you about it.  What a wonderful personality this girl has!!!

She was recently treated for a Urinary Tract Infection, and will be spayed on May 12th.

Honey Bear is a 4-5 yr. old female boxer that is in foster with 2 small kids and a male and female boxer. She is a dog that was adopted from a shelter, and then given away. The home where she was had a boyfriend that would not treat her kindly. 

She will be spayed on Thursday and updated on all shots and is strong and healthy.
