Available for adoption through Northeastern Boxer Rescue
fostered in NY
Cas is a 6 month old white male Boxer who was reluctantly surrendered to rescue because he literally outgrew his welcome. His family faced eviction if they kept him because the apartment building where Cas lived with his family had a rule of no dogs over 30 pounds. Cas will be available for adoption as soon as he is neutered and brought up to date on his vaccinations.
Cas is incredibly cute and has his natural ears. This little guy is a bit goofy, always playful, and very friendly towards all people, kids, and other dogs. He has been responsive to house training. He seems to get the idea, but sometimes gets excited and is unable to control himself. Cas is also attentive following myself and my dog wherever we go. In just one day he has been walking much better on his leash and sits on command rather quickly. With a little training Cas is quite capable of being a perfect gentleman.
I think Cas would bring lots of love and laughter to anyone who is willing to give him the attention he deserves.
