Shylo has proven to be a wonderful pup. He was neutered last week, received his vaccinations, and the vet estimates his age to be between 8-10 months old. 

He is calm for a puppy and loves everybody. He has enjoyed running along the side of the neighborhood kids while they skate board and roller blade. He is a happy, loving little boy. Shylo has learned to sit, shake, stay (for a whole minute), and is now crate trained. 

What more could you ask for in a puppy?

Shylo is a gorgeous Golden Retriever mix. He was surrendered to NBR by a woman that had him only 2 weeks.  She was told that he was only 5 months old. We feel he is closer to a year.

He looks and acts like a pup, and lived with her 4 children including a 3 yr.old. She realized with 4 young children and an 8 hr. job, her house hold was not ready for a young dog.  Shylo quickly found himself tied up out side all day.

He is now being fostered with both dogs and cats, male and female and loves them all. He is house broken but needs some touch up on his manners and obedience. It seems Shylo has been passed around most of his young life but has learned to roll with the punches.  He is a great dog!
