Gizmo Meet our Christmas boy Gizmo who will be 2 yrs old on Christmas Day. He is a sweet fawn natural eared Boxer who was surrendered to rescue because his family could not afford 2 dogs. He lived with his Boxer mother and a cat, so he gets along well with both other dogs and cats. He rides well in the car and knows his basic commands. Gizmo did not live with children, so we will only consider families without children or with children over 8 years old in the home. Gizmo had the run of the apartment where he lived although he did come with his crate. But the funny thing is he knows how to open the door with his teeth....it’s pretty funny to watch how quick he is to free himself. He did not have regular veterinary care in his previous home, but Gizmo has now been neutered, his inoculations updated, and tested for heartworm which was negative. He is temporarily at a Veterinary hospital in MA waiting for a foster or permanent home. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an online application first.
