"Blossom"

• 3/18/01 - Her Foster home writes:  Blossom (or Blossy as we call her) is doing fantastic. She and her foster sister are best buddies now and Blossy seems to have really become a classy boxer lady!

  Here's why:
  1. She's perfectly house trained!
  2. She walks great on a leash (very protectively!)
  3. She plays nice with her fosters sister!
  4. She is a total love machine! Blossy loves people! Especially kids.
  (Recently she had a group of kids over her foster house and Blossy loved every minute of it. She's plays a little         rough sometimes but knows her limits and respects her playmates.)
  5. She's crate trained but has the run of the house with her foster sister and they always are top notch and good girls. plus much more...

  Here's what Blossy's foster daddy has to say about her:
  "Blossy is a beautiful boxer! Her muscularity is fantastic and she is extremely agile. Her coat is something I've never seen before. It's beautiful. Like a reddish fawn and is so soft. She's a great protector and never stops playing! And I mean never. If you are interested in Blossom be prepared for a dog who needs (and likes) to play and be by your side always. She craves love from the minute she sees you till the minute she sleeps. What a doggie!"

• 2/10/01 - This is Blossom: the cutest, most lovable, friendly boxer that ever lived....(as long as your not another female boxer that is!)  Seriously, Blossom is so precious! We scooped her up just in a knick of time before the shelter was going to give her some serious rest.  We think Blossom is about 2-4 years old. She doesn't like any competition in the house. (She thinks she owns the place after 10 minutes).  Her and her foster sister are tolerating each other and have their occasional growling match (every few minutes).

  Blossom is out weighed by her female boxer sister by 50 lbs....but that doesn't stop her--she is a brave, fearless, toughie and thinks very positive!  She absolutely loves adults, but we're not sure if she likes children yet. I think she will. We haven't tested it but will update when we do. She seems to be potty trained and likes her crate. Here's what you have to be if you're planning on bringing this pretty lady (tom-boy) in your family:

  1. Ready for a loyal, loveable, licker that is hungry for time and caring attention!
  2. Not a female boxer owner!
  3. Someone who looks forward to getting attached to a really beautiful, happy boxer with the spirit of a curious puppy!
