"Daphne"

This dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial period" in it's new home. We are no long accepting applications or inquiries. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available Dogs page.

2/25/01 - I AM A 2YR FEMALE SPAYED DALMATIAN. UP TO DATE ON SHOTS AND ON HEARTWORM PREVENTIVE. I HAVE ONE BLUE EYE AND ONE BROWN EYE, I AM APPROX. 55 LBS. I LOVE CHILDREN AND I AM GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS BUT I DON'T DO WELL WITH CATS. I AM CRATE TRAINED AND HOUSE TRAINED AND I AM VERY OBEDIENT. I LIKE TO GO FOR WALKS AND RIDES IN THE CAR.

2/20/01 - Daphne has come back to rescue because she could not learn to live with the cats in her adoptive home. :(

01/04/01 - 2 year old spayed female Dalmatian. Very sweet and friendly. Good with other dogs and seems to be good with cats, didn't show any aggression towards them at the shelter. She is housebroken and looking for a forever home. She was picked up as a stray and never claimed from the shelter so we do not know how she is with children. she loves to "talk" to you.
