2/10/01 - Sadly enough, Joplin AKA "Patch" is back. His adoptive family loves him dearly, but unfortunately his adoptive doggie brother didn't! The family tried numerous times to try to smooth out the differences between their 6 year old Great Dane and the new addition, Patch. But it just couldn't work. Hopefully Patch will find another family that loves him as much as this one did! He is a very good boy, but we don't want to place him in a home with other dogs again. He was severely injured, and don't want him to feel defensive or stressed out. If you do not currently own a dog and want to help Patch get back on his feet, please fill out an application.
1/20/00 - Joplin is excellent on a leash, very sweet, good with other dogs and great in the car.
1/19/00 - White male, cropped ears, docked tail, and still has his goods (will be neutered prior to placement). He was picked up as a stray, but I did not see anything that indicated he had been out on his own for too long. His age is estimated at 2-3 years, and I estimate his weight to be about 65 lbs. Sweet, and gentle - a cute brown patch on his forehead and cute pink lips!
