Mackenzie
is an 11 month old, spayed, dark brindle female boxer with natural
ears. She was
surrendered to rescue because she could not get along with
her 1 year old Boxer "brother".
We felt it was a dominance issue, but did
not know for sure until we placed her in her foster home with a 5 yr
old male boxer.
She has not tried to dominate him, so we feel positive now that
it WAS a dominance issue and not necessarily
a dog aggression issue.
However,
we feel she would do best as the only dog.
She likes children and doesn't
mind cats. Her former owners told me her nickname is "Cuckoo"
because of the way she runs and runs and runs.
For this reason, a fenced in yard
would be ideal for her. If you
can provide Mackenzie with the home she is
