Mugsy is a 5 year old cropped and docked, fawn and white, male Boxer that will be coming into rescue as soon as there is an available foster home. (Please contact us if you would like information about becoming a foster home.) He is being surrendered with regret due to a divorce, and a reduction in finances to care for him. Mugsy is good with children, friendly towards cats, and gets along with female dogs. He can apparently be a bit aggressive with other male dogs at times, but we are not yet sure of the extent. This is something we will explore when he is in our care. Mugsy listens well, is good on a leash, knows basic commands, and when asked he will give you his paw and "speak". He is on alert to strangers coming to his home, but he is wiggly and kissey immediately upon introduction. He is good loose in the house up to four hours. He is definitely a nice Boxer boy.
