Mugsy was neutered yesterday and came through the surgery in fine
shape. He is now completely up-to-date on all medical needs. He
was put on antibiotics for the irritation around his nose and has some drops
for an ear infection. The people at the vet hospital loved him and the
feeling was mutual! The hospital cat took a real liking to him and
Mugsy enjoyed his attention.
He met many dogs the night before and was good with all of them. He
especially liked the little female Boston Terrier. We feel he would
enjoy a home with other dogs or cats. Here are some new photo's of
him:

Mugsy is a 5.5 year old fawn male boxer who is looking for a new
home. He is uncomfortable sharing his current home with the toddler
now living there. He grew up with older children and is great with
them.
This is how his current owner describes him: "He has his papers, is house trained, is excellent in the car, and his overall health has been good. He is not
neutered. Occasionally, he has separation anxiety, and has chewed at a windowsill (he hasn't done this in about a year). We
were unable to crate train Mugsy, he drooled and cried so badly that I thought he would dehydrate. He might be
easier to crate train now, I haven't tried since he was little. He comes with a dog
bed, leashes and bowls. We love him. Mugsy has a black mug, white chest, and fawn body."
We will be picking Mugsy up on 4/20 and he will be neutered and have his
shots updated on 4/21! He will then be ready for his new home.
Please complete our on-line application if you are interested in adopting Mugsy.
