UPDATE 12/18 - Papa's foster family has adopted him! They write "Training is going well. Papa has graduated but we are still continuing the classes with Petey and Daisy. Papa still has his behavior issues, but we were prepared for it. I talked to my trainer and we are going on Tuesday. Keep you posted. P.S. Even though he still is the same I have seen some major improvements. Most of all we really do love him that is the major reason why we keep working with him. You can see in the pictures that he really is happy."
UPDATE 10/1 - Papa has been in foster care for over 4 months and they have been working with him to improve his behavior. He suffers from separation anxiety and had shown some fear aggression. In the wrong hands, Papa could have been a nightmare. His foster mom fell in love with him from the beginning and has worked long and hard to help him relax and just be a dog.
PAPA - 11 month old fawn male, not neutered. Black mask, natural ears and a tail. He was dropped off at a shelter on 5/3 and needs to get out ASAP. Here are his facts: He was adopted by someone at age 3 months so was only given an 8 month chance. He lived in a home with 3 kids age 2,4, and 6 as well as two cats with which he was very good. He is good in the car and was left out of his crate for up two hours when they left the house and was good. He sleeps on a dog bed, lived in a fenced in yard, and was free fed. Doesn't this boy sound like a cutie?
