This
dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial
period" in it's new home. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog
and/or family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available
Dogs page.

- 2/20/01 - Update from
Molly's foster home "Hi, My name is Molly, and I'm a loveable pup, full
of energy. I love to play and run and jump and I do have this thing
about trying to be dominant, but my boxer and basset brothers are helping me
with that. Since I've been in my foster home we've been running and
playing catch in the fenced yard. I love having someone to play with
that can keep up with me and all my puppy energy. I love my new
brothers but I am not into cats though - they are too small and I am too
rough. I like kids but they have to be a little older (7 and up).
At night after a long day of playing I lay on the couch with my
brothers and foster parents and watch some t.v. When its time for bed
I sleep in my crate and I like that down time alone. I'm completely
house-trained and I know "sit" very well (especially when a treat
is involved). Well that's about it, gotta go my brothers want to go
out and play. If you have ALOT of energy and time to spend with me
(and maybe a brother or sister) I would love to come live with you!!!!"
- 2/18/01 - Molly is now 8
months old and has come back into rescue for being too rough with the young
children and cat in her adoptive home. Unfortunately, this family did
not follow through with obedience training for Molly. As with any
boxer pup, she requires consistency and training to excel as a family
member. She is getting along fine the dogs in her foster home.
We will have more info and new photo's in a day or so. If you are

- 9/7/00 - Precious is a 16
week old pup that was turned over to rescue when her owners moved to an
apartment that did not allow dogs. She has been adopted by a family
with two small children and a stay-at-home mom who have renamed her
"Precious Molly"!
