"Roman"
2/25/01 - Here's
Roman! Roman is a 3.5 yr old brindle boxer boy. He is up to date on
shots, heartworm negative, and will be neutered shortly. Boxer
Buddies received a call from a local shelter, it seemed that Roman was
not handling the stress of shelter life and the good people at the
shelter thought he would be better off in our rescue program. Roman was
abandoned at this shelter by his owner.
We have no information on him
other than the basics, so we don't know if he's lived with children, he
is not being fostered with children, therefore, we will not place Roman
in a home with young children. Roman is crate trained and appears to be
housebroken. He needs some work on his manners, no one took the time to
teach him the correct way for a boxer boy to act. Roman is a small boy
only weighing approximately 45lbs. He needs to gain some weight but he
will most likely only reach 55lbs. We will update you more when we get
to know Roman better in foster care.
