"Sierra"

This dog has been adopted but has not yet completed the two week "trial period" in it's new home. We are no long accepting applications or inquiries. Should the placement prove to be a poor fit for dog and/or family, he/she will be moved to the AVAILABLE section on the Available Dogs page.

• 01/05/01 - Sierra is quite a girl...if only she could tell us her story! The vet estimates her age at about 7 months old. She was seen being tied to a tree behind a vet's office and left with a bag of food. Why anyone would choose to abandon this little sweetie is anyone's guess. She received a clean bill of health by the vet where it was determined that she was already spayed.  Sierra is very good with her canine foster brothers and sisters, and is even great with the cats. She appears to be crate trained, housebroken, and is very well behaved. Discovering more about her will be a joy. We will post updates as her personality unfolds.
